Board Elections will open at the end of March!

If you are looking to run, make sure your LinkedIn Profile is up to date and that you company has paid (or is in process to pay) its dues for 2026 – you must be an employee of an active PODS member company to run for the board. This term we will be electing 5 operators and 1 service member.

We will confirm all nominee’s eligibility during the February Officers Meeting.  Each PODS member-company has one designated voting member. This member will be sent a ballot to be cast during the election period. Please make sure your dues are paid and your company has designated your voting member by February 2, 2026.

Below is a listing of Board Members with ending terms – all but one are re-running:

• Rick Roberts – Service (Petro IT)
• Todd Patterson – Operator (Buckeye) – retiring, open seat
• Sirikarn (Siri) Hall – Operator (Chevron)
• Deborah Matthews – Operator (TC Energy) – open seat
• Chad Hultman – Operator (ONEOK)
• Cameron Ludwig – Operator (Enbridge)

Election Process/Schedule:

• Ballot to be drafted at the February Officers meeting then finalized at the February Board meeting
• Member Voting will be a 2-week period March 30 to April 13, 2026
• Notification of election results and Board ratification at the April  Board meeting
• Installation of new Board Members and election of officers (via the board) May 21st Board meeting (during the Spring Forum in Houston)
