SGA Webinar – Pipeline Integrity Data: TVC and the Proposed Gas Distribution Rule

PHMSA’s Gas Mega Rule officially came into effect on July 1, 2020 and has changed pipeline operations related to MAOP, material traceability and verification, MCAs and records. It actively pursues the addition of Traceable, Verifiable and Complete (TVC) records and data management related to validating MAOP with approved documentation and testing.

This presentation will walk you through the current TVC data requirements for transmission and gathering pipe and then how to get your data ready for the proposed gas distribution rule. After we show the data points needed for compliance, we will talk about how PODS can help organize that data for ease in reporting (functional, business and regulatory requirements).
