Jeff has over 25 years of experience in survey, application development, and GIS in the energy sector. He works on Esri’s Natural Resources team to expand the use of the ArcGIS platform in the pipeline industry, including the Utility and Pipeline Data Model, ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing, and Esri’s new network model.

A certified GIS professional, Jeff holds a BS in Surveying Engineering from the University of Maine.
