The meeting will be held in person in Houston, Texas, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and Friday, September 19, 2025. The daily schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, with registration starting at 7:30 a.m.

The discussion will cover how PHMSA uses data, what is displayed on the website, and how it’s used to measure safety performance. It’s also an opportunity to identify new data that should be collected to further improve safety.
