PODS Board Overview

The PODS Association, Inc. is governed by the Board of Directors. The Board consists of eleven (11) members who are elected by Association members. At least six of the Board members must be operators. Each Board member serves two (2) years. Approximately half of the Board is rotated and re-elected each year. PODS Member companies each exercise one vote for Board positions. Nominations for the Board are submitted to the PODS Secretary.

The Board of Directors elects officers, including the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Officers are elected annually.

The PODS Technical Committee and other commitees report to the Board. The Board meets approximately once per month and one or two times per year for face-to-face meetings.
